7th July 07! Cosfest @ Ngee Ann City, Mahjong session!

I slept pretty late tonight. Around 4+5am cause was watching some anime.. Hayate rocks!

Woke up at 12:30pm by weiquan's phonecall. Sigh, i didn't want to wake up but beh. Mom cooked me some noodles, then i showered and went off to Clementi to meet them.

Qingsheng and weiquan didn't change much. Though i learnt very quickly that Qs is now happily attached to a girl by the name of Liu Yang. And he only met her like 2-3 times! I have no idea how he does it. He really has a flair for chasing girls ba... someday i need to find out all his secrets... haha, or is it because he has a car? ah well.

On the way to NAC, we made plans to go to sentosa next sunday. I asked shiyu to join us for next sunday's sentosa outing and she was agreeable. We're going to sentosa next sunday!

Reached NAC to realise that MM Lee will be coming since he's the Guest of honour and also MP for tanjong pagar GRC? The thing starts at 4pm, but we're here at 2:30pm! Wth!

Quan met up with his group a while later, and i saw Aizen, Ishida, and a whole load of other kimono girls... Mostly xiao mei meis ba.

They then walked over to the National Youth Centre, where Quan got changed, and they took some photos. It was at this time that LingJie joined us, and Qs left for home soon after, saying he needed to look after his cousins at home.

LJ, me and Quan together with his group went over to NAC at around 3:50, and went through the thick security, which was probably because of MM lee's entrance later.

Quan left a while later to meet Lingjie and friend(whom i later knew as Yingying) for lunch, while i just went around taking photos. Who should i see carrying a professional camera but Liankuang! Basically i just tagged along with him the whole day, and took alot of other photos with him.

He did promise to send me his photos, and i'm quite looking forward to it, since i didn't capture alot of them =/. Right, he said he was building up a portfolio too.

In the event, other than seeing naruto, Nana, Ohran high school, bleach, .Hack, Tales of the abyss, etc, i also saw some old friends like Mana, Jesslin, Chou. Basically everyone but warren(who doesn't come for these events), and Dik(who's not in Sg). Not to mention lamp for obvious reasons. I even saw some people from TNB, and some ex-hks pple.

I think i took photos for a whole of 2-3 hours, and i was so dizzy and tired when Budee came, with Budi, and 4 other friends.

We went into NAC(in case you're wondering, yes, the event was held outside NAC), and then stood around a bit, took some photos with Makubex and the string guy from getbackers, and then finally went up to eat for dinner. Eventually chose Macdonalds cause there wasn't much space elsewhere, and we just wanted to eat and go.

It was at macdonalds that i acknowledged Budi as my god-brother. We got too many things in common! Hmm, maybe i should list them:
1) We watch loads of animes.
2) We played pool yesterday.
3) We're carrying the same phone.
4) and other misc stuff that i can't remember. Somehow i think i resemble him in a few ways, heh, and after buying him a mcflurry i'm his god-bro. lol.

We then took 502 back to Weiquan's house, all 6 of us (i invited Budi to come since he's my new Godbro after all). The trip cost $2, which was around the same if we took the train and bus i suppose, but the bus ride was much faster.

And so the mahjong session started, and it continued til Choy came along.

One thing i forgot to mention, is that we had a lot of laughs. It seems Linjie and Yingying laugh at alot of things, and i must say its infectious! I keep laughing along, until my jaws got tired and i gotta restrain myself for a bit. Haha. And LJ say there are 11 of them! Omg.

Imagine, one of them laughs, and then there's a chain reaction. By the time it reaches the first person again it would have sparked off another chain. Phew. I really want to meet all of them someday, or just meet the two of them more.. i must say anyone that makes you laugh so much must be good for you!

This mahjong session was considerably enjoyable, so much so that when i wanted to leave at 12+, guess what, i'm still here, at 5am.

Guess i'll just take the first bus home later, and get some quality sleep before i meet up with edward and tomithy, hopefully for dinner.

Right, i'll TRY to upload the photos later, but if i don't.. don't blame me cause i'm just too packed lately. I still haven't watched bleach yet!

Yeap, phew. I'm just tired. I'll go surf a bit of SGF, and i'm helping out with Budi when he needs help (we're sharing credits).
